Between sea and hills, Vervece House is located on the first floor of a home overlooking the panoramic area of San Montano, one of the most peaceful and scenic parts of Massa Lubrense. The apartment offers spacious and well-organized interiors designed to comfortably host up to seven guests in a bright and functional setting. It features three bedrooms — two double rooms with desks and direct access to the panoramic terrace and one single room — along with a living area that includes a double sofa bed. Two full bathrooms with showers make the layout practical even for families or larger groups. The large sea-view terrace is the highlight of the home, a place to slow down and enjoy the landscape of hills, sky and open views.
The location allows guests to experience the Sorrento Peninsula at a relaxed pace, away from heavy traffic but still well connected. San Montano beach can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot or a few minutes by car or scooter, while Sorrento is around 20 minutes away. The surrounding area offers scenic paths, olive groves and beautiful coastal views that reflect the more authentic side of this coastline. A local bus stop is located right outside the house, making it easy to move around even without a car.
