A historic Airbnb Plus in Sorrento, following a change in management, Mammarè is set to welcome new guests from the summer season of 2023, adhering to its core principles: attention to guests, attention to detail, and all the comforts of an Airbnb situated in the historic center of Sorrento.

The apartment, located in a historic Sorrentine building and accessible via a short staircase, is structured over two levels.

Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a spacious and bright living room, featuring comfortable sofas and a Smart TV. The kitchen is elegant yet functional, equipped with a gas stove, oven, microwave, kettle, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Finished with typical Sorrentine ceramics and a convenient dining table, the living area and kitchen allow you to comfortably prepare meals to enjoy with family and friends.

On the same level, you'll find the first bedroom with a double bed. Here too, style and functionality: elegant finishes blend with modern comforts like air conditioning and a smart TV.

The first bathroom, featuring adjustable lighting via home automation and a spacious decorated shower, completes the first floor of the house.

The second floor is an elegant mezzanine finished in wood. Here, you'll find two bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed, air conditioning, and a smart TV. Also on this floor is a fully equipped bathroom with a shower and adjustable lighting via home automation.

The apartment also includes a small balcony on the first floor and a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment.

Smart Holiday Sorrento and its team will be at your disposal before your stay for any clarifications and details regarding the house and directions, to welcome you upon arrival, and during your stay to provide assistance and offer advice on the best local spots, restaurants, places to visit, tours, transportation, and any other information you may need.

Please note that access to the apartment requires climbing a condominium staircase.

The condominium's quiet hours must be strictly observed, especially during nighttime hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, to avoid penalties and/or issues.

Upon arrival, you will be required to present an identification document for mandatory reporting to the police portal.
