Villa dei Fiori

Located in a quiet and strategic area of the Sorrento Coast, Villa dei Fiori is an exclusive two-story villa surrounded by a wonderful garden of local flowers, allowing you to experience the essence of a beautiful landscape between hills and sea.

The villa features 5 bedrooms, a large living room, kitchen patio with garden, and 3 bathrooms, ideal for hosting groups or families of up to 12 people.

The villa consists of:

Ground floor with private entrance: large living room, fireplace, dining room with a large indoor table, fully equipped kitchen, one double bedroom, and a full bathroom. Outside, the house is surrounded by a beautiful, characteristic, and well-kept flower garden, with a patio and a large table with chairs to enjoy lunch or dinner outdoors.

On the second floor there are 4 bedrooms, each named and decorated with the colors of a flower from the garden.
The first 2 bedrooms each have a double bed (an extra single bed can be added if needed), air conditioning, a desk for resting or working, and two windows overlooking the villa’s characteristic greenery.
The third bedroom, the largest, is a quadruple room that accommodates a double bed, a single bunk bed, and another single bed, comfortably hosting up to 4 people.
The fourth and final single bedroom has a single bed, a desk, and air conditioning.
Also on the second floor are two full bathrooms with showers, perfect for the needs of a large group.

The villa boasts a private independent entrance. Next to Villa dei Fiori, there are two free street parking spaces, ideal for parking your car freely.

Free street parking is not guaranteed and cannot be reserved.

Smart Holiday Sorrento and its team will be at your disposal before your stay for any clarifications and details about the house and how to reach it, to welcome you upon arrival, and during your stay to provide assistance and advice on the best local spots, restaurants, places to visit, tours, transportation, and any other information you may require.

Upon arrival, all guests will be required to show an identity document for mandatory communication to the Police portal.

The city tax is not included in the price and must be paid in cash upon arrival.

For the city of Sorrento, €4.00 per person, per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights.

All guests under 18 years old are exempt.

The villa is located in a strategic spot on the Sorrento Peninsula. Surrounded by greenery and the tranquility of Pacognano, it is only 10 minutes from the center of Vico Equense, where you can catch trains to Sorrento, Pompeii, Herculaneum, and Naples; and buses to Positano and Amalfi. Additionally, just a 10-minute drive away is the marina of Seiano, a beautiful beach with equipped bathing establishments and seaside restaurants.
About 10 minutes by car, you can reach the Circumvesuviana train station of Vico Equense, from where trains depart for Naples, Pompeii, Herculaneum, and Sorrento.
Also, within minutes, you can reach the center of Vico Equense, a small town full of shops, supermarkets, bars, and restaurants.
