The reservation made through our website is considered confirmed upon receipt and no immediate payment is required.
To guarantee the reservation, it is mandatory to provide a valid credit card, which may be used for charging in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined below. The property reserves the right to verify the validity of the credit card, including through pre-authorization, and to request, if necessary, an alternative card.
Cancellation Policy
The reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before the arrival date.
After this deadline, the total amount of the reservation will be automatically charged to the provided credit card and will become non-refundable.
In case of cancellation after this deadline, or in case of no-show, no refund will be issued.
Important Conditions
No exceptions, waivers, or refunds will be granted once the free cancellation period has expired, regardless of the reason for cancellation (including personal reasons, delays, travel issues, flight cancellations, or unforeseen events). We therefore recommend carefully reviewing these conditions before confirming your reservation and, if necessary, taking out travel insurance.
Damages and Liability
Guests are required to take care of the accommodation and its furnishings during their stay. Any damages found may be charged to the credit card provided as a guarantee of the reservation, subject to prior communication and documentation.
Check-in and Stay
Details regarding check-in, arrival times, and reception procedures will be communicated after the reservation. It is necessary to agree in advance on the arrival time. Guests are required to present a valid ID for registration with the competent authorities, as required by applicable regulations.
